I've got a simple 2-column layout that is driving me crazy. I've been going around in circles for 3 hours trying to pinpoint the issue and am coming up blank.

As you will see in IE 7 there is no separation between left and right columns. In addition the "left" column is stacking and cutting off the top of the second column.

Any help is appreciated.
