Default What the flippin hell...

I know, it's not a descriptive topic name, but I'm so tired of dealing with Internet Explorer's quirks.

If you are a css guru, please help! I have no idea what's causing this. You can see the problem in IE7 at the following address:
http://tuatara.syeke.com/install/

I have disabled the ability to go any further in the install because the first page demonstrates what all the pages are doing, but the css and html are alll there to check out.

It works fine in FireFox, as usual, but in Exploder as soon as you hover over the form (the form, fieldset, dl, dt, dd not sure which one is directly causing this) the margins shoot left about 1-2ems. This is ridiculous. Help?

Nevermind I fixed it. I ripped out my css until I figured out what the problem was - for some reason, for the first time in the history of my writing CSS, I used a percent in one of my div's margins. I removed it, added the appropriate padding instead, and the problem went away.

It's still yet another wierd bug that it took the DL list (or the form, but I'm accusing the DL) to tweak IE's handling of the margins. Meh.
