I wish I was geek enough to read that entire thing, but I stopped a little after "Working Draft". It's not a recommendation yet, which means you can count on it taking however long before it turns into a rec + 2-4 years for the browsers to support said rec before it has much bearing on anything.

Yeah, just wanting to inform others, I am a subscriber, and saw it in an email of mind, so I figure why not post it here. :]

Its still a draft though, however im more interested in XHTML2 and CSS3.

But the canvas element in HTML5 is going to be great too

The changes between HTML5 and HTML4 arent that big. There is an experimental HTML5 validator that can already validate websites for HTML4, of course it doesn't validate 100% correctly. But the validator shows that HTML4 strict pages don't differ so much from HTML5.

But i have to agree with Kalle, I'm much more intrested in CSS3 since it brings a lot of new fun features to our browsers. I think I'll use some fun new features in my next website, some of those that don't change the normal rendering if your're using a browser who doesnt support it.

Can't wait!
