Default The Top 25 Most Dangerous Programming Errors

I found this on slashdot and thought it would be good to share, The top 25 most dangerous (and common) programming errors. The list is filled with the usual inputs (sql injection, XSS (Cross-Site Scripting), open uri redirects).
