So this topic is, only for coming up with a solution to
how to get vBulletin Project Tools,
so all the support of this is greatly accepted.

i have seen him online but he never answers on PMS most of the times at least. oh well he might be on vacation we just have to wait on this point.

The point of it is that it collaborates the main vbulletin system into it. This would not be possible without another vbulletin system running.
