Sorry if this comes across as rude, but here is what I got from the few minutes I spent on it:
It seems disheveled and disorganized, I had a hard time finding anything. The content is also unoriginal, it is all stuff that you could find at download.com, filefront or gamershell.com. All the mentioned sites have considerably more content along with reviews.

What is your selling point? What is supposed to be compelling me to go to downloadvyp.com when I need something?

When you say "secure downloads" what do you mean? I visited a few products and was meet with sourceforge links (the dl was on HTTP lines), or I was presented with no download link.

The site looks like a template, simply put any site that's a template (not saying your site is) is just pages with data placed in pre-filled slots. I did notice that with javascript disabled nothing seemed to be broken (I didn't check with js enabled), that's a plus.

I'll start off by saying I like the top half of the site more than the bottom half. I hope you don't find any of this too critical but when asked for a critique we're not much of a bunch to sugar coat.

This is all from the front page, I didn't go any deeper.

· Your primary navigation is nice and clean. I like the bubble type drop down that appears, even if only in one spot. The only qualm I have with it is that once the bubble is opened, I have no hover effects. I've developed a mouse-cataract, and I like those hover effects to show me what I'm selecting.

· The bar above your primary content, why is all this text there? "Freeware Windows Softwares...." This strikes me as search engine fodder, but remember that search engines are a lot smarter than the days of lycos and hotbot. If it isn't meant for improving your keyword density, get rid of it. It serves no purpose for human visitors.

· Your floats aren't properly cleared. The Sonic entry is sitting about 200 pixels over to the left because the Prison Break entry has an image that's larger than it's text.

· There's not enough dividing each entry, or the division isn't made clear enough. Your next entries title looks like it's part of the last entry, up until you reach the grey of the post meta bar. You should space these much farther apart or place some kind of horizontal rule in there, anything.

· Menu 2; a vertical menu for three links? That's like growing a foot of grass for every acre of yard. Horizontal is in, my friend.

· Footer; cut everything off after the copyright. Extend the blue to the bottom of my viewport. I see the line cutting the page here, but it still looks like somebody forgot to finish.

Other than that, great start, keep it up and you'll be doing fine.
