META tags have no real value anymore, because search engines just analyze the site content because that's what the user sees.

oh, i read many article about this subject,
at first "Title" is important and at other station can say,
H1,H2,H3, and Bold text...
of course there is many thing to work, but at first must work at this things

That is not entirely true. If Google finds a useful Description META tag, then they will most definitely use it.
