Sorry, i dont get it, how does it work whats it ment to do?

Example:
You are working with someone else on a piece of code.
You use this and you can both edit code in real time. (One at a time though)

That really, really spoils the concept of real-time collaborative coding. I hate to be harsh on Christmas day and all but as an idea, this is something that would be very useful. The actual implementation here, near useless.

I like the idea of changing things in real time, but one at a time seems pointless.

Its like a wiki.

If two people edit the code at a time, the last one who clicks submit actually gets the code submitted.
And the first persons code gets knocked out.

Maybe have two separate code boxes.

I dunno.

If anyone knows how I could make this work with two people editing at a time tell me.
Cause the above problem knocks out anything I could think of (Other than that two code bits idea).

The idea is fine, but the implementation, as Salathe pointed out, in this case is terrible. I suggest that you capture both users code (when they click submit) in 2 separate files or what ever. Then, you compare each one's code to the original, keep the differences and adding them to the original bit of code. Of course, this strategy needs to be further developed, but that's the basic idea (the technical implementation, actually).
