Okay, to clarify, I figured out what it does.
Why does it do it? What is its purpose? If it's meant for some kind of http DoS, it can't request fast enough or long enough on a single thread to flood somebody, sooooo ? Curiousity killed my cat. Twice.

I just made it cause i was bored.
And also, if you wanna kill someones bandwidth by loading a big photo over, and overagain, this is how :)
