I would like to introduce our freelance and outsourcing community http://www.icanfreelance.com.

We are growing rapidly in size every day, we are aimed at freelance designers, programmers, writers and outsourcers and feature a contests in our forum.

We also have forums for domains, business and marketing and general chit chat.

We made a few changes to the DNS for the site. try it again and tell me what you think.:-)

Very nice. IMO freelance based sites are one of the hardest to get moving.

We have been pumping some heavy marketing and the freelance jobs have already started to come in. I have also been posting some freelance work from our company onto the site because we have a ton of work to get done. I'm sure the community at talkphp.com will be able to benefit from our site.

In my opinion, your "Find freelance work easily..."-Text should stand out more, cause you don't know exactly what the page is about, and I also don't see any reason why I should join, display more informations! Could you make sth like a "tour"? Or a little video, shown on the front page? That would be interesting to everybody coming to your page.
