Project: Click to the Moon
http://www.clicktothemoon.com/
Project: Click to the Moon is a charity organization based around a competitive goal. The first continent to reach the moon receives our accumulative revenue from the site. So click for your country and help them reach it first!
So far we've raised: $68.48 for charity
For those of you who are going to comment about the low charity funds raised.. please note, that it's going to be an accumulative amount, and the amount listed above isn't necessarily the exact amount donated. And yes, it will be smaller amount, but it's just a small project, as my contribution to space organizations. So if you have problems with the idea of me donating to space exploration, I would appreciate if you just kept it to yourself.

I've liked this idea since you first showed people over on TalkFreelance. You seem to be edging over towards the chartiable side of things, yet your site only mentions that fact. Perhaps a page or two detailing what exactly the charity side of things entails would be useful, if only for transparency. Also, it might be an idea to print the charity number on all pages (in the footer).
As for the script itself, I had fun click-botting it back before you made changes, then clicking thousands of times legitimately in previous iterations of the site. Then it fell off of my radar until reading this topic. Hopefully you've ironed out the problems with people trying to game the system.

America, Russia and China are the only countries in the world with space programs, and you yourself admitted you didn't research who to give it to. With that it is probably safe to assume you are pocketing the change.

Then I again, I find this project a pretty remarkable one at that. Nice work. Same goes for the donating.

Same reason I care about bad programmers and designers scamming other people out of their money.

Unfortunately it is your word verses the evidence against you. become a 501(c)3 not for profit organization and I will believe you. But you are just some random person collecting money and claiming you gave it somewhere, you don't even know where you tell us its going to.

I can see what you mean. I hate programmers and designers that get paid, and do a crappy job at it.
I've never done any real research into non-profit orgs so I'll take your work / evidence for it. Don't expect nor assume I am the same.

And I mostly figured North America would win, so I was planning to dedicate it to NASA. If it changes, and a country without a leading space organization wins, I will donate it to a college or something of the sorts with an excelled space research program within it.
You're too critical of me.. I don't plan to pocket this money. If you keep thinking that, then please, just don't bother posting back into any of my threads. I will NOT keep this money. It WILL be donated to a space organization.

Can you do me a favor, and write the X an Y coordinates of the clicks to a database or flat file? It is for a research project I am doing :3
