Still not done with it (which is why it hasn't been fully advertised yet), but not that much left to go. We opened it up to the public anyway.

There's cross-browser compatibility issues with IE and Opera, but nothing too bad. I have some changes to make with the phpBB integration as well. The page loading times seem to be fine for all the people that helped me test. I still think I need to compress the top background image a little more though. The project's producer is busy finishing up writing more content and stuff so I can add more info for visitors.
