The main box clashes with the background. Otherwise, well, there really isn't much else to it.

Looks ok, a little simple for me, even for a programmers portfolio.

Well i'm no designer and don't see the point in hiring someone, suppose it does the job :p

I'm not a fan of centered text, but that's more a personal choice than anything. I do however really like minimalism and whether that was a conscious decision or not you've not done too badly on the minimal front.

I don't think the copy (text) or content (what is said/shown), particularly on the home page, does you justice. Your portfolio may well be the only thing that a potential client looks at when considering your for the job -- you don't give them much to go on!

Finally, I don't mean to be rude but you're meant to be showing off exceptional coding (I'm picking on XHTML here) talent -- your own source code isn't going to impress many.

I feel like I've just been hurling abuse, so I apologise if the post comes across like that. I mean for you to take the comments constructively. :)

As Village Idiot said, it's very basic. Not much to say about it - that can be a good thing or a bad thing. I believe the site needs a touch of another colour - such as a green or a blue - or if your feminine side is screaming to be let out of the bag, pink!
