any good sites to learn php from beginner to super expert php programer??

anybody knows some good sites where i can check and learn php from beginner to php exper programer. i really dont know much about php. neither about variables just a little bit i dont even understand...

also if i put some images on a folder and then a php script will place them on the document and then a next link will appear...

is there some kind of script that will let me display text from a text text.txt document on a single php file.
