If two people edit the code at a time, the last one who clicks submit actually gets the code submitted.
And the first persons code gets knocked out.

Maybe have two separate code...

Its made to be unreversable. To check passwords...

Its made to be unreversable.
To check passwords use:

if ($_POST['pass'] == $userPass) {
// Good Password!
} else {
// Bad Password!
}

And to retrieve it, just tell them to reset it.
