Im looking for a open source code in PHP/AJAX that would be something similar to Piwik (Website Analytics tool) it does not have to be opensource, but when you purchase it, you should be allowed to modify it or export the data.

Also a Kind of Online Report Framework to generate Visual reports like Piwik has with a PDF export...

Any suggestions would be great
