The first common problem is that the dried materials fail to meet the moisture content standard. The simplest solution is to control the production capacity of the drying equipment and increase or decrease the heat supplied.

The seconde common problem is the swinging phenomenon appearing when the rolling ring rotates around the cylinder. This is most probably due to the reason that the flank of the concave shape joint is not fastened. By moderately fastening the flank, the problem can be overcome. However, if the flank is too tight, accidents are likely to happen.

The next common problem is the damaged space between the big gear and the small one. The abrasion of the supporting wheel or the blocking wheel or the small gear can lead to the above problem. The solution is to firstly analyze whether the abrasion is serious. If the abrasion is indeed serious, the part replacement should be considered.
