I have noticed that this site was not indexed by google at all, it was strange that you guys didnt submit it at an early stage, well its good to see that google has indexed 114 pages so far :)

Submitting to google does little to no good. It really wouldn't help any to submit to google.

How come? sure submitting is only the 1st step and it wont do much alone, but it is an important one.

To be honest google is not affected by submitted sites. I'm not saying I didn't submit it because I did, but it doesn't help much.

Well, some say its better to let google find your site by itself, so yeah Google in specific might not be that affacted from submitting or not submitting a site. As long as you have some site poiting to you.
