Introduction
 

Hello everyone, my name is Roy.

I'm an IT student from Norway studying network administration in company networks, and the creation, migration etc. of such.

In my spare time I've been learning HTML and CSS, and after working on it for a while I realized I wanted more out of the webpages I designed. So I started looking into PHP and MySQL to gain a wider perspective and get the interactivity out of the webpages I wanted.

Naturally this was right up my alley, young and ignorant as I may be the possibilities seem limitless. However, it's also a far more complicated language to learn than HTML and css have been(At least this is how I feel it).

So I come here, to draw out knowledge and experiences from the minds of people who work with this (maybe) every day, and quite possibly, in time share some myself.

Welcome aboard Calus. That is how a started learning PHP too, and even though I don't use it everyday at my current work, I still use it for some projects.
