Can you calrify what you want to do? Are you looking to join an existing open source project or are you looking to start one? I would reccomend finding an existing project to join since the organizational skills (which is the downfall of most non-experienced people in a projec that they lead). Also, your site does not say how much experience you have in each thing, how much experience do you have and what have you done before?

If you're looking to join an open source project, start one, or just be a member of a large community, look at who you're hosting with. Wordpress is a HUGE open source project, and there are a plethora of ways you can get involved. Write a plugin. Submit patches. Join the lists and get involved. Come over to the dark side. :D

i wanna join an existing one , but not HUGS like wordpress i wanna a project whose members each know the other or at least the leader know me , so i can do something i can see inside the project and then i will be able to do complete project myself as a freelancer for example .

about previous works , i almost did't finished any project i started that is why i wanna participate in that opensource project ... to know the work flow of a PHP project and how to get things done ... that is all !

Then joining an open source project is not likely your best option. The reason for this is that open source projects are often in continuing productions, this means that new things aren't being developed as fast and focuses are on bugs and errors. If you want to see the lifecycle of a project, you need to be there from beginning to end. If you join a beginning project it could be a long time until you see it concluded.

My advice to you is to take on small client work and just build your way up. It is known that diamonds do not come for low wages (those who think that do not know what a diamond looks like) so do not worry about things not being top quality. ,
