Default Hi everybody !

I just find TALK PHP thanks to Google searching for Parsing XML with PHP and Salathe gave what I was looking for in a post.

So I decided to join the community because the answer was clear, without condescension and right. I appreciated.

So I am from Paris (France), I am a bit old, I am a painter now, but I used to be a music producer too. I love computers (PHP programming or sometimes C), I love open sources things of course.

I am not very good at programming but I am learning everyday. I would like to create my own publishing websites company one day even if I do not earn a lot of money : I know what money is and it is nothing compare to freedom.

My projects are www.thefamilywebsite.org and www.surleweb.biz

Thank you everybody to let me in this community and I wish you all the best.

Truely,

I will help you with what I can in PHP if you can help me in French.

Hi !

Thank you Codefreek !
Thank you Salathe !
And for Allworknoplay : Ok ! 7 years of french... And not a word ? Well French is hard, really... But If you need help in French : with pleasure ! But if you are as good in PHP as I am good in French, let's work together ! (It is not that I am very very good in French but I am French still !).
But as you are from New York maybe YOU can help me with my english (as I try to put online familywebsite.org, which is the english version of lesitedelafamille.com - well, the new website is coming really soon !) :) :)

Anyway, thank you for your support to all of you.

PS : First lesson : J'adore PHP !!! (PHP rocks, I guess. Or literally : I love PHP)

haha, well I can carry very very simple conversations. I believe it's because I never TRULY took French seriously in my school days and I never visited France. I believe you REALLY need to visit the country you are learning the language on in order to get it...

Don't worry about teaching me French, but I can surely help you in PHP and English.

Yes you have to visit France, of course (and live there too a little bit at least) ! But having a french girlfriend can help too - see The Sleeping Dictionary ;) !

Well... I am dreaming of living in Florida....

Yeah I heard German is very hard indeed...it's a harsh lanaguage in the way you speak it right? That's why it always sounds like you're yelling?
