My name is Rosie. I have been self teaching web design since Sept last year and I have started getting to grips with php recently courtesy of Larry Ullman. (And some friends from another forum :| )

Anyway... found this forum through a search for regexes for php and looking great so far!

allwork thanks for that.... I am actually a bit (very) excited about php ... I have basically made a questionnaire with checkboxes, radios and text areas and then compiled a simple script to convert the answers back to me in an understandable format. After a couple of weeks faffing, it works! Very chuffed lol but now want to tidy up the format / make sure I do some validation so i don't get spam through it.

Thanks very much for your offer... I may well call on some of you here if needed. :)

I basically was a nurse.... had a child. Decided to try and make a website for my hubby's company that he works for.

Then thought it was quite a nice profession to chose. SO giving it a go :) Watch this space he he!
