Hi,
my name is Sid, I'm 36 years old and a freelancing Webdesigner/-developer from Marburg (soon Hamburg), Germany (A country in Europe).

My strong skills are POSH, CSS, Microformats and cheap jokes. Besides that I feel fairly comfortable with PHP and MySQL, but I'm no programmer. My knowledge of Javascript is sufficient enough to write minor and modify larger functions as well as creating Rich Internet Applications using common Frameworks like JQuery, MooTools or Prototype.

I am in love with the principles of Progressive Enhancement, which might well explain my obsession with Unobtrusive Javascript.

Besides that I'm also looking for work in Hamburg! ;-)

Welcome Sid! I visited Germany a couple of years ago. I loved it! Fantastic country it is, very clean as well. Although the testing of the air-raid sirens on Sunday morning really shook me up :-! ! I wasn't expecting to hear that eerie sound, especially on a Sunday morning as well. I visited Hamelin, where the Pied Piper story originates, and I stayed close to there - though I can't remember the town's name exactly!

I offen visit gernamy, I live in Denmark which is very close. I normally go there for shopping alcohol which is extremely cheap, I will be going next time this saturday to puttgarden =)
