Haz. As in, haz cheezburger, or other forms of inability to speak and write actual English.

Other than that I get a crapload of Russian spam. :)

This link shows that English has a strong lead, followed by Chinese, Spanish then Japanese. Its also notable while many people primarily speak anther language, they operate in English because most sites are in it. Its sad that English has such a stronghold on the internet, the language kinda sucks.

Unless your target audience resides in a geographic area that speaks a language other than english, I really wouldn't worry about it too much. There are a number of translation services out there that people can use if they are non-english speaking and have an interest in your site. None of the them are very good at it, as there are formalities and nuances in language that none of them have yet to master in translation; if this was the intended method of creating the translation in the first place, it's best to leave the blame fully on them instead of putting it on yourself.
