Test a statistics based plugin

Out of curiousity, does anybody here know of a 'brute force' method (script or otherwise) to test a web site statistics app?

We're approaching our launch date, and I've done some major overhauls to the stats plugin that will be used on a major Wordpress µ site - while I have another site that I can run it on for testing purposes, it would be nice to throw a days worth of information at it in, say, less than a few minutes.

This way I could easily wipe the DB, throw a bunch of fake hits at it, make modifications, and try again in much less time than it would normally take to aggregate the data I need. Anybody ever seen something that could do this?

That link appears to be a fail, and I'm unable to turn up an alternate resource for it on Google. It also appears from the outset that it may not be quite what I need, as I'm not trying to actually attack my own software, just send a dump truck of fake hits at it to give the app some data to work with.

I've got 20,000 rows of data I'm working with now in an sql dump, but it's a pain in the arse every time I alter something in the table and have to run through and update the entire thing, but I guess it will have to suffice. :)
