Who cares what the drinking age, in my home country there's a drinking age but is not respected by anyone.

OK, according to this the legal drinking age in Sweden is 18. I was just wondering because he said he was drinking at a school pub, obviously a very public place.

Here in the USA the legal drinking age is 21, and unfortunately it is not respected by a large amount of teens.

The legal drinking age at pubs and restaurants is 18. If you want to buy bottles of liqour or something stronger than 3,5% you need to be 20(because Sweden got monopoly on selling liqour so the only store that is allowed to sell it is "Systembolaget" and you need to be 20 to buy there). But I'm 20 now aswell so I can buy everything
