Default Opera Settings

So I let windows clear my cache out. I use Opera from time to time, and looked at some settings. Now every page I go to comes up blank, but I can refresh and boom there it is. Does anybody know what settings needs to be tweaked again so when I visit the page actually loads?

There's a setting under history where you can say how Opera updates. To be honest I don't know how the other browsers work, but Opera downloads all the stuff on a page then renders from the local. So it has to do with that. I set it to zero and hence got that behavior. If you send it to always it acts normal...
