Fireworks illegal in Ohio as well? If yes, they are illegal in Illinois too so you are not the only one state with pansy leaders.

They are not illegal in IL, my brother is an intern there and they are allowed. More so than in Iowa at least...

No real fireworks are allowed, sparklers and smoke bombs are about the extent of them. But the police do not care around the 4th of July or new years. Though technically they can ticket you if they want to. We have to go to the border of Indiana or Wisconsin to actually get the fireworks.

Hmm, then maybe I was misinformed by my brother. Oh well, we go to Missouri to get our fireworks anyway...

Cities here have various rules, but nobody listens. The city I am in now says no fireworks at all. Yet there are two stands down the road and been hearing them for the past week. The stands sell your average stuff. Then there are 3 or 4 reservations near by. Those sell the big boy toys, mortors, m-10 through m-1000, etc..

Oh, Independence day? The day your country started to spiral down into the ground? Hehe! Oh no! I cannot say that. That would be suicide.
