Default Staff Panel (Suggestions Wanted)

I am working on a staff panel that is basically private to users who have an account created by the administrator of the panel. It will be a place to manage staff, allow staff to talk, and manage payroll. I am trying to think of what other options i would need to add to the administration backend.

So i am asking if you were/are the owner of a company what kind of options would best suit you to manage your staff/private panel?

I Currently Have:
  • Staff Management (Add, Edit, Delete)
  • Payroll Management (Pay, Amount Employee Makes)
  • Department Management (Basically Categories and Groups rolled into one)
  • General Settings (Manage the staff panel site name etc..)
  • Company Email (possibly)
  • WHMCS/ClientExec Integration (possibly)
  • Scheduling (possibly)

Please note that this is still a project I am working on for myself however in the future i may be more inclined to release it or if the right price is offered I will release paid licenses.
