Does anyone want to start a small development group?

I'm looking for 1-3 other people who would be willing to get together (online) and work on a single project. These projects could be used as portfolio pieces or even as functional websites with the intention of making money.

Right now I have an idea for a Browser Based RPG and have a little bit of code already done. I'm also open to working on other projects, we can all discuss that later.

About the group:
  • Small group of about 3-4 people.
  • Unpaid until a projects makes money.
  • Equal partnerships.
  • Intelligent and respectful discussions.
  • Develops mostly in PHP/MySQL

If you are interested please contact me:

When you say "Equal partnership" do you actually mean a business or just a few guys doing something (since I see the "browser based RPG" in there I assume its the latter).

Just a few guys doing something and if a project eventually makes any kind of money it will be divvied up equally.

Will there be contracts or are we trusting you?

It's just a group of people, working on projects, and getting to know each other with the possibility of teaching one another new skills and techniques.

Everyone in the group will have full access to any work contributed towards the projects. You could possibly even view this as an open source development team without any intention of making a profit unless other wised discussed in the group. Then if necessary contracts can be discussed.
