Automatic Reloaders

Hello everyone I was wanting to know does anyone know any good automatic reloaders? I know that firefox has and opera web browsers. I want one that goes really fast lol. Please let me know thanks.

Repeaters like a automatic F5 lol they reload things them selves

You could always make a web-based one with an iframe and a little JavaScript.

Look up the window.location object in JavaScript, or just sit at your browser pressing F5 really fast lol. *!*

Yea i think you will find what you need in window.location perhaps the 'reload()' method is what you are looking for?
