First off, sorry I put this in the Lounge, but it seemed better than the other forums.
I'm starting a new service and I need some PHP programmers which would be fed some work. I am looking for reliable coders who are easily available for a few jobs a week (though some will be larger projects).
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of PHP/SQL (MySQL preferred)
- Implements OOP when appropriate (larger projects)
- Available daily via MSN, AIM, Email, or phone
Extras:
- JavaScript/AJAX knowledge
- Can adapt to different syntax if needed
- Scaling for larger projects
- XHTML/CSS
- Knowledge of API's (in general or specific ones)
This is really an incomplete list, but really, you should understand what I'm looking for.
Projects will include small things like newsletters, contact forms, to larger projects like full web applications.
You won't need to be capable to do both, but I'm looking for programmers that can, which will give me less people to pay.
As for the work, prices will vary, and will be mostly dependent on what you quote for the project. I, of course, will be taking a profit on your work, which will depend on the size of the project, as I am outsourcing this work. I want you to understand this, and that I will be your employer.
