Default Google Chrome

For those of you who don't know...Google Chrome - Download a new browser

Who's tried it? I'm pretty impressed with and I really like the GUI.

I couldn't test it, because there is no linux version. I tried to download it and install it with WINE, but it didn't work. maybe later.

I tried it out earlier and it was pretty nice. I open the same five tabs in FF3 and Chrome, and Chrome was much lower, around 66MB and FF3 was around 130MB.
Also, I ran the Slickspeed tests, and the results moved from 100+ms totals to less than 100 ms totals.
Looks like a great browser so far.

I like the simplicity of the browser, not too much bullshit. Just browse the internet with good code support and that's it.

Not leaving Opera though :)

I suppose its ok, built on webkit so it sort of it the same as safari html rendering wise, which isnt quite entirely rubbish. I hear the javascript is lightening fast, also i like the idea of each tab having its own process.

I love the GUI, but for those who have it, if you go to oscargodson.com look how it's Javascript engine renders PNGs with fading effects and transparency. Also look at the live text in the navigation to the left. It's totally wrecked.

It actually looks worse then IE7! I hope they fix this in the final release.

It's decent, the gui is a bit odd at first, but I guess that comes from being an XP user..

One thing I have noticed, is that it seems to lock up ever so often, for no reason, or maybe with flash.. not sure, but it bugs me.

I'm good with my firefox for now still :)

Well after a good while of use Its really starting to grow on me. I see big changes in the way we use a browser coming from this.
