Not doing PHP at the moment, but python...
Gentoo Linux with E17, with the Imago theme, and Eclipse running
I use Eclipse too, with phpEclipse when I do Php.

Diablo II, with expansion. ;-) I played it back in the day, reinstalled it for some nostalgia. Keeps me from wading into the deep waters and hermit lifestyle of all the new online games.

I'm at work atm so I cant post my home dev environment, but heres the ones i use at work:
Vim Debian Linux 4.0 stable running Xfce 4


And my Windows XP workstation:

Eclipse PDT

I do prefer Vim over eclipse mainly for the multiple buffers and the ability to spit the screen (as show above), but eclipse is useful to debug and the autocomplete for PHP functions is good too etc.
