Default do you have some good tips on how to build a webhost out of old computer post here

hello, i just wanna know if there is some ways i have not learned so if you have a old computer that you have set up to be a web host
with the use of freenas.org files or something else please feel free to share the information on your set up.

If you have a ISP that gives you a dynamic IP, good thing to use is DynDNS: DNS Hosting, Email Delivery and Other Services
I was using it for a short while and worked just fine.
Althought haven't used it to host TDL on my computer but used their free domains..

Debian + Webmin - and there you go

i am thinking of centos + lamp + some kind of ftp.
because i already installed centos just having hard time getting lamp and a ftp on it any ideas?


PS: i was thinking of maybe fixing a nas system
but yeah i don't know :P

is there any more NAS os like freenas.org but some more like that?..

and ps: the computer is like 4 years old or more :P
