Have you tried a Google search? It appears to have returned some half decent results, but I don't know of any specific NJ websites for such information. Maybe others can help better than I can.

There's a couple sites dedicated to finding PHP jobs too ("php jobs" in google will return a tonne), I signed up for guru.com which has a section for it as well that seems to post some nice high paying jobs, but I didn't like the whole process over there too much so I've just been ignoring it lately.

Have you tried craigslist.org as well? I found it was a pretty good place to hook up with some freelance work and there's a lot of companies that post good jobs on there too.

Is monsterboard.com not an international website?

There have to be some websites dedicated to the US where job openings will be listed. Or else don't you have job openings in local newspapers there?
