Default Searching for a motivated web programmer(PHP, OOP, JAVASCRIPT, AJAX)

Hi, I'm looking for a web programmer to collaborate with me on a new website.

The actual website idea will be discussed with the two best applicants. Don't fret, it will be a paid job.

Just a few notes for now:

- Preferably residing in the US or Canada, not a biggie though.

- Advanced knowledge of PHP and OOP, mySQL, and Apache - with the ability to make secure scripts.

- Intermediate knowledge of Javascript, Ajax, HTML and CSS.

- Familiar or willing to learn how to implement OpenID

You would need to be able to dedicate a couple hours each day. No worries, work load won't be crazy but quality work will be expected within a reasonable time frame.

Most important, someone who can communicate and remember their ideas matter and are not afraid to speak up. There will be no deadlines, and I will work with you if something personal arises, however no lazy butts. I will fully explain what the website is about, and will answer all questions. Just remember, if you don't believe in it's purpose we can't work together. Motivation is what's going to drive us, and if we both don't feel it there's not reason to waste our time.

Right about now, you might be saying "okay, okay but how much and how I will be paid"? I'll discuss the amount of payment with the two best applicants. Paypal, Check, Cash, or even Money Gram are available options.

Please reply via PM with 2 or more pieces of your work.

Thank you!
