It's like it is showing the lofi/archive version of the thread instead of the full one. No reply buttons or formatting on it

How odd is that! Seems the CSS file isn't being included in that thread.

Edit: I've debugged it and the issue is the word "print" at the end of the title. If you have ANY thread name which ends in the word "print" then it causes that error. Odd?

Even the URL will duplicate the word "print". So like:

Edit again: Use this link. I've merely switched the order of echo/print.

It's a vbSEO (what's what we use, right?) feature/bug. To get a "printer friendly" version of a page/topic you just add "print" to the end of the SE friendly url, before the ".html". If an topic with a title ending in "print" gets made, the url rewriting doesn't know that it's a normal topic url compared to a printer friendly version's url!
