Anyone from Oregon ?

Well I'll be (hopefully!) relocating to Oregon in the near future, few months or so...

Any of you guys here from OR ? Probably going to be moving to Portland

I'm not from, but have family there. We used to take family vacations up to Oregon and Washington once a year. Portland and the outlying area is nice (I have family in Gresham, not far from Portland). My great uncle used to live in Grants Pass on a large piece of land about 100' from the Rogue River. We used to walk down the little dirt road and fly fish for salmon right there. Always wanted to move up there, myself.

Yeah it seems really cool... Portland has a major tech scene now, tons of jobs related to what I can do o_O.

And I'm from New Orleans, I'm use to humidity and rain ;D
