Maybe for you. But there are people in either rural areas or low cost of living areas that $36k may be appealing to them. Especially to work from home. Not to mention I was hoping to aim for graduating college students looking to get their feet wet with an entry level position and build up their resume etc. etc.

a tip,
Get some more posts,
offer abit more information.
and some more money,
and then might get a Worker :)
and also post what the company is about
(MORE MORE INFO)...

Go on monster.com, there are entry level out of college jobs for 50k up a year. 40k seems standard for no degree.

Rex - I disagree with many others. As far as I'm concerned $36k is a lot of money. Obviously an experienced coder can demand much more but usually I would take a $36k salary over $50k freelance anyday. At least you know your bills will get paid.

I'm going to refer a few good potentials to this thread.

Thanks

Are you flexible on age?

wGEric 01-18-2008 08:27 PM

That's actually a pretty good deal. I know here $36k is pretty good for those without a degree or just barely graduating. You've got to start somewhere. You can't be making the big bucks right out of school just because you think you are good. You have to have real world experience.

To me, $36,000 is a Million dollars ( I don't have much money D: ) :P
