Default Active/Deactive?

So i am doing some coding a design i made, and im trying to make the menu work with javascript.

What i want it to do is when you click on one link it activates a new section that appears and moves the links below that down and the one that was currently active to disappear.

Any clue how I would go about doing this?

Thanks,
Randy

The smartest way, toobarph, is to use a Javascript framework like Prototype, jQuery or MooTools. I highly advise MooTools because it's updated regularly, has all the jQuery and Prototype functions, is easy to understand and code and has a lot of plugins and 3rd party plugins.

The most easies way is to dynamicly inject a div containing a list or something like that and displaying it with a style change (through CSS) or simply with (fading) opacity.

Lemme see what you've got Randy!
