Anyone knows a free rich text editor, like the one that's used in forums, blogs, etc ??

There's always XStandard. I've never used it, though.

WYSISYG editor perhaps. I also love the TinyMCE editor but that's a lot more 'richer' than you're used to and want I guess. Joomla also uses XStandard and it's quite good to be honest.

thanks. xstandard doesn't seem to be free, but tinyMCE is awesome

+1 for TinyMCE. I never liked FCKEditor, though I have used it in the past. Another one I recommend (it has more plugins than TinyMCE, and it's faster than FCK) is Xinha. TinyMCE lacks an uploading extension (there are a couple, but they're not free). Otherwise, it's great. It's also pretty easy to extend it.
