Default High Frequency Screen Show Its Advantages to the Best

Different from the principle of the general screening equipment, high frequency screen adopts the high-frequency, which, on the one hand, destructs the surface tension of pulp and the high-speed oscillation of the fine materials on th screen surface; on the other hand, accelerates the isolation of the useful minerals with large density and increases the probability of contact between the materials whose particle size is smaller than the separation granularity and the sieve, creating a better separation conditions so that the materials with large proportion and slurry can pass through the sieve to become the undersize.

High frequency screen is mainly composed of the exciter, ore slurry distributor, screen frame, rack, suspension spring and sieve. It has the following features:

1. It has high screening efficiency;

2. Small amplitude;

3. The high frequency makes its working efficiency high.

High frequency screen is widely used for the dry, wet screening, grading and dewatering of a variety materials in the mineral processing, coal preparation, chemical, brick-making, food, pharmaceutical, caustic soda, fertilizers, paper and other industries. It is also used for the grinding and classification process of the fine-grained materials in the dressing plant. Under the conditions of appropriate feeding concentration, feeding particle size as well as the proper granularity difference between the required undersize granularity and the feeding particle size, the screening efficiency of the high frequency screen can be up to 70%. Due to the high screening efficiency, it can cause a significant reduction in cyclic loading, improving the processing capacity. The screening process has strict control of the particle size of the undersize material to eliminate the adverse effect of the coarse mineral particles on the concentrate grade. In addition, the pulp has the role of density stratification under the role of the oscillation effect with high frequency and small amplitude and the small particles with high density will sink to the screen surface and pass through the screen, which can significantly improve the grade of undersize minerals.
