Routine maintenance

The equipment shall be lubricated as required, small and medium-sized equipment should adopt lubrication grease and lubricants periodically. For large equipment, if using cone and large jaw crusher, is generally equipped with forced lubrication system. At this time, we should always observe the oil temperature, oil pressure, flow and other parameters and timely tighten loose fasteners.

When in operation, we should always pay attention to the noise and vibration of the device, if occurs high noise or large vibration, please quickly stop machine to check. Having eliminated troubleshooting, please restart machine according to boot sequence.
