My co-admin and I had come up with an idea of a mod where users can have their own room and using the CashMod and Zarath's ShopMod, they can buy furniture and items to go in their room (think Animal Crossing (the game), GAIA Homes (cept I think that is flash), and your hideouts in Pokemon Gold/Silver for gameboy). Speaking with Zarath, he informed me that there was such a mod already in exsistance:

But he said that it doesnt register globals correctly or something like that so it would cause me (a php NOOB) some trouble when something goes wrong.

So I was wondering, is it possible for someone to to either continue with the development of this mod (hasnt been updated in over a year it seems) or maybe make a new one based on this idea? I think it would be a really great addition to many forums. Please let me know if you can help!
