Default Uninitialized string offset

I got the error on my webpage as :
Notice: Uninitialized string offset: 0 in C:\xampp\htdocs\cuteflow\language_files\language.i nc.php on line 33
Notice: Undefined offset: 2 in C:\xampp\htdocs\cuteflow\language_files\language.i nc.php on line 50

...i don't know what wrong with it? and how can i fix this problem? anyway the error occured in some pages.thank you for ur help

We would need more info about it. Specially code. It seems that you are tying to access a character from a string but there is no character at that position of the string. it says the offset is 0 so I am guessing the string is empty.

But we can't help you more than that if you don't put the code in those lines and maybe some variables or functions that affect that line of code.
