Default CSS selector capitalisation problem in Zend Studio

Hi
i am using Zend Studio 6.1.It capitalizes css selectors(HTML tags only) automatically.how i can turn it off. i want code completion but i want all in lowercase. other thing is it does not close brace automatically in css file.what could be the problem?

I don't use Zend.But I think it might be under the menu Window -> Preferences

no it is not there.only option i found is to right click in window then source->clean up document. there i can change to lowercase selectors.

you can find Preferences under Tools
Tools -> Preferences
It might be under code completion.
