HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax, PHP and Zend Framework, for me. I've never, ever used jQuery. I always found Prototype to be too lovely and never wanted to give it up! I know a little ASP, but certainly not fluent in it. When I was freelancing approxiately 3 years ago they asked me now and again to code something in ASP. Yuk! I tried a tutorial on Ruby on Rails, but because PHP is usually pre-installed on servers, and is more common than RoR, I never decided to switch. Though from what I saw, I loved its OOP core.
Ooo, I just noticed you have jQuery twice! Change that second one to Prototype so I can tick another box, please!

Eh I seem to have run out of fingers. Lets see HTML/XHTML (as if there really is a difference) CSS, Javascript, PHP, Coldfusion, ASP.NET, Actionscript(2 not 3), SQL, C, C++ and C#, Java, Python, OpenGL and Wordpress(if you consider that a framework). I used to know lisp and clips but I can't say I do anymore I forgot those as quickly as possible. Theres a couple more for you to add to your list.

PHP, Javascipt, HTML, CSS, C++, VB (6 and .NET). I have done bits of Java but never really could be bothered with it, tried my hand at OpenGL and got ok with it, but i wouldn't call it fluent. Gave ruby a try (as wildhoney said, via a tutorial) never really got why it was better than PHP, too much of a faff for my liking.

PHP, JavaScript, (X)HTML, CSS, VB(6 & .NET), Some ActionScript( 2, 3 ), Some Java, and the usual bits of frameworks - Zend, CodeIgniter ( Kohana by extension ), CakePHP and WordPress if that can be considered a framework.

I think Wildhoney can change the limit in the admincp, but not on a per-poll basis (maybe he can, I can't see where to do it). A poll for all the languages and frameworks; wow can't wait to see that one!

I know HTML,XML and CSS very well. I know PHP very well also, but I'm a little slow on MySQL stuff. I also know jQuery probably better than HTML, CSS and PHP. I love jQuery. I also know AIR fluently, but not as well as.
I'm learning Cocoa and RoR as of now.
