PGP Encryption
 

I'm dealing with a merchant provider that requires a method of encryption that I'm not familiar with.

PGP Encryption

I've done some searching and discovered that PGP is a commercial product but I get the idea that it is similar (if not the same) to GnuPG encryption.

Are they the same?

Anyone have some good links about this encryption scheme?
