Default PHP 64 bit Compatibility

Hi,
I want to know whether php 5.* is 64 bit compatible ?? If yes do we have to follow some special procedure while installing it or is it by default ??

Thanks and Regards,
Piyush

Works 100% fine for me.

Native support for 64bit int's too, no extra math libraries required.

You distribution of linux should provide binaries in the repos, otherwise installing from source is pretty painless.

Yes it is, and I know PHP 5.3 can be compiled and works fine on a 64bit Windows OS :)

It also works fine through Windows on Windows (Microsoft's way of making 32bit programs run on 64bit OS'), yet you don't get all the advantages.
